Black steel pendant
This unusual black steel pendant has holes in its wavy shade that create a novel spotted design on the ceiling when it’s lit. The edges show wear and tear commensurate with its age, c. 1920s. A wall switch is required to operate this fixture; a dimmer could add versatility. We used an old-style reproduction Edison bulb to complete it for effect, but any Edison-size bulb (up to 60 watts or its equivalent) would be fine. Perfect for outside porch or entry way as long as it’s protected from the elements. Could also be used indoors in a foyer, hallway, office, bedroom, bathroom, pantry, etc. Measures 15 1/2″ to the bottom of the bulb by 9″ across the shade. Rewired with ground wire added.
