Cast iron bridge arm floor lamp with gold wash
Fabulous cast iron bridge arm floor lamp with gold wash, c. 1920s. This Art Deco piece has beautiful detail on the bridge arm and the base. It also has a signed Hubbell socket with an on/off turn switch. The socket pivots forward and back to direct the light to wherever it’s needed. In addition, the ruffled glass shade is etched and has honey-colored edges. The base has raised ridges on its top surface and four raised feet beneath it. Perfect for puzzling, crosswording, reading, stitching, or any other close work. Measures 56 1/2″ high by 11 1/2″ across the bridge. Base measures 10 1/2″ diagonally across from foot to foot. Rewired.
