Hammered brass flush mount ceiling fixture with threaded glass shade
This petite but hefty hammered brass flush mount ceiling fixture with threaded glass shade has the remnants of a Lightolier sticker inside the canopy. It hails from about the 1920s. It has a perforated, threaded cap on the bottom for heat escape. The shade’s top one-third is textured glass. The remaining two-thirds are smooth satin glass. To change the bulb, simply unscrew the glass shade. It has one bulb inside, and it requires a wall switch to turn it on and off. Perfect for small spaces: bathroom, hallway, entryway, pantry, closet, etc. Measures 8 7/8″ long by 5 1/4″ wide. Rewired with ground wire added.
