Strand Theatre wall sconce
This magnificent brass and slag glass sconce with hanging crystals is originally from the Strand Theatre in New Britain, CT and was purchased first by the owner of the New Britain Herald newspaper after the theater was demolished, and later from her estate. The amber slag glass center is in excellent original condition and houses a fourth bulb. The shades are original to the piece, c. 1920. This Strand Theatre wall sconce would be perfect for an entrance way, library, dining room, stairwell, hallway, etc. Approximately 23″ high by 15″ wide by 13″ deep. Rewired with ground wire added.
