Difficult-to-find vintage brass whale oil lantern with its original double wick, rich patina and in its original condition (except one glass panel was replaced), c. mid-1800s. Font is removable for refilling. Excellent craftsmanship! Use it just for ambiance or when the power goes out! Can sit on a table or hang by the ring. Perfect for any room. Measures 16 1/2″ to top of ring by 6″ wide.
