Hexagonal amber glass pendant
This beautiful hexagonal amber glass pendant hails from about the 1930s. It can be operated at the fixture or by a wall switch. The globe has brass rosettes where the glass panels intersect, typical of the Art Deco period. The brass finial at the bottom completes the fixture. It has one bulb inside and can accommodate up to a 60-watt maximum Edison-style bulb or its equivalent.
This fixture would be perfect for a small foyer, a staircase, bathroom, pantry, hallway, or any other smaller space. It measures 31″ long, including 16″ of chain, by 6″ wide, so it can easily be shortened to fit into a specific space. It’s rewired with a ground wire added to meet today’s electric codes.
