Vintage boudoir lamp
This vintage boudoir lamp is antique white and possibly made of alacite, c. late 1930s. The glass is smooth and thick, and the base has six raised feet typical of Aladdin, though the lamp is not signed. We completed this fixture with a vintage pleated, lined cloth shade, also antique white. The lamp has an on/off turn switch on the socket sleeve.
This piece would be perfect on a nightstand, a fireplace mantel, on a table near a staircase, or anywhere a little extra light is needed. It measures 12 1/2″ high with the shade and bulb by 6 1/4″ across the bottom of the shade. The widest part of the lamp base is 4″ in diameter. It’s rewired and already to be used!
